Tai Buster was expected to be a promising piece of the Auburn Tigers' offensive line before he went down with an injury.
The offensive line has not played in a game this season. Alex Golesh provided an update on Buster on Monday.
“Tai (Buster) has worked his tail off," Golesh said. "I give Tai a lot of credit. He is working through return to play. The hope is that here in a couple of weeks, we get him fully integrated in practice and it gives us a chance to see where he is. He’s been engaged; I give him a lot of credit again, he’s been engaged. He’s itching to get back out there."
Before he got injured, Golesh and his staff were high on the potential of Buster.
"I thought when he got banged up, he was competing at a high level," Golesh told reporters. "We’re excited to get him back here soon.”
